At qeedhub, we are committed to your satisfaction with every purchase. As we also specialize in pre-owned products, our return and refund policy is tailored to the nature of second-hand goods while ensuring fairness.

  1. Return & Refund Eligibility
  • Returns or refunds are only accepted within 7 days of the customer receiving the product (delivery date).
    • The product must be in exactly the same condition as when delivered — no signs of physical damage, scratches, dents, cracks, liquid damage, missing parts/accessories, or evidence of use/tampering beyond basic inspection.
    • If any physical damage (even minor) is found upon inspection by our team, no return, refund, or replacement will be granted.
    • Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
    ◦ The product has a functional defect not disclosed at the time of sale (e.g., it doesn’t power on, major hardware/software issues present before delivery).
    ◦ The item received is incorrect (wrong model, variant, color, or specification than ordered).
    • Change-of-mind returns (e.g., simply not liking the product) are not accepted for used/pre-owned items.
    • All original packaging, accessories (chargers, cables, etc.), and proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) must be returned in good condition.
  1. Inspection Process
  • Upon return, our team will thoroughly inspect the product for physical condition and functionality.
    • If the product passes inspection (no physical damage + valid eligible reason), we will process a refund or replacement (at our discretion).
    • If the product shows any physical damage or does not meet the eligibility criteria, the return will be rejected, and the item will be returned to the customer at their expense.
  1. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and approve the return.
    • Refunds cover the product price only. Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent).
    • We do not offer partial refunds unless agreed in exceptional cases.

  1. Warranty & “As-Is” Note
  • This policy covers initial returns only. For issues arising after the 7-day window, please refer to any separate warranty (if offered) or contact us.
    • UK-used/pre-owned products are sold “as-is” beyond disclosed condition, except for major undisclosed faults reported promptly within the return window.
  1. Exceptions
  • No returns/refunds on clearance, final sale items, or products explicitly marked “no returns.”
    • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
    • Policies may vary slightly for new (Non-Premium-used) products if introduced — check product listing for details.
