Welcome to QeedHub! These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website. By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase on qeedhub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

QeedHub is operated by Qeed Hub Limited , a business registered in Lagos, Nigeria

1. Use of the Platform

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use our Services.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or checkout.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or at our discretion.

2. Products & Descriptions

• All products are described to the best of our knowledge, especially New or pre-owned items which may show signs of prior use consistent with the grading/condition listed ( Grade A/B/C ).
  • Images and descriptions are for illustration; actual products may vary slightly due to the pre-owned nature.
  • We do not guarantee compatibility with all accessories, software, or networks unless stated.
  • Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

3. Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase; we accept by confirming shipment or dispatch.
  • Payment is processed via secure third-party gateway ( AlatPay). We do not store full card details.
  • All payments must be in Naira; we do not accept other currencies unless specified.
  • Orders may be canceled or refused due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors (with notification and refund if paid).

4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

• See our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy for details on processing times, costs, methods, tracking, and responsibilities.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery (or handover to courier for nationwide orders).
  • You must inspect packages upon receipt and report issues promptly per our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

• See our separate Refund & Return Policy for eligibility, process, and conditions (especially strict rules for pre-owned products: no returns if physical damage is present).
  • Pre-Owned products are sold “as-is” beyond the return window and disclosed condition, with no implied warranties except as required by Nigerian law.
  • Any separate warranty (e.g., 30-day / 6-month on a certain item) is outlined in the product listing or provided separately.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Platform (text, images, logos, designs) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal purposes or in violation of Nigerian law.
  • Post false reviews, infringe IP, or harass others.
  • Attempt to hack, interfere with, or overload the Platform.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission.

We may remove content or ban users violating these rules.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, QeedHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising from use of our Services or products.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
  • We are not responsible for delays, failures, or damages due to force majeure (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, government actions), courier issues, or third-party services.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or infringement of third-party rights.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
  • Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably via negotiation.
  • Failing that, disputes shall be submitted to mediation or arbitration in Lagos, or to the competent courts in Lagos State.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Significant changes may be notified via email or site notice.
