By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
- Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Processing includes order verification, quality check (for used items), packaging, and handover to our delivery partner.
• High-demand periods (e.g., holidays, promotions) may extend processing to 3 business days. We’ll notify you via email/WhatsApp if there’s a delay.
- Shipping & Delivery Options
We offer the following options (available at checkout based on your location and order):
- Lagos (Intra-City Delivery)
◦ Standard: 1-2 business days
◦ Express/Same-Day (where available, e.g., via bike dispatch in select areas): Same day or next day (additional fee applies)
◦ Pickup Option: Available at our Lagos location (schedule via WhatsApp for contactless collection — free) - Nationwide (Outside Lagos)
◦ Standard: 3-7 business days (depending on state; major cities like Abuja, Port Harcourt, Kano faster; remote areas may take longer)
◦ Express: 2-4 business days (extra cost, subject to courier availability)
We ship to all states in Nigeria. International shipping is not currently available.
- Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item weight, size, destination, and selected method. Examples (approximate; final shown at checkout):
- Lagos Intra-City: ₦3,500 — ₦6,000 (free on orders above ₦250,000 — check product pages for current thresholds)
• Nationwide Standard: ₦7,000 — ₦10,000+ (varies by location and item; e.g., lighter gadgets cheaper)
• Express/Nationwide: Additional ₦9,000 — ₦15,000
• Free shipping may apply on select promotions or high-value orders — always visible at checkout.
• Fees cover standard packaging to protect used/pre-owned items during transit.
• Any additional customs duties/taxes (rare for domestic) are the customer’s responsibility.
- Delivery & Tracking
- Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/WhatsApp.
• Track your order on our website (order status page)
• Delivery requires a signature or confirmation (photo proof where possible) for security, especially for high-value gadgets.
• If you’re unavailable, the courier may attempt redelivery or leave at a safe location (with your approval). Failed deliveries after multiple attempts may incur redelivery fees.
- Important Notes for Pre-Owned Products
- All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage, but as pre-owned goods, they are shipped “as described” in the listing.
• Inspect your package upon delivery. Report any transit damage immediately (within 24 hours) with photos/videos — we’ll assist per our Refund & Return Policy.
• Delays can occur due to weather, traffic (common in Lagos), courier issues, or public holidays — we aren’t liable for these but will keep you updated.
- Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is significantly delayed (beyond estimated window + 3 days), contact us — we’ll investigate with the courier.
• For lost packages (rare), we’ll file a claim and may offer a refund or replacement at our discretion (proof required).
• We partner with reliable couriers, but transit risks exist — insurance is included on high-value orders where possible.
- Changes & Cancellations
- You can cancel before dispatch (contact us immediately). After dispatch, follow our Refund & Return Policy for returns.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, fraud suspicion, or other valid reasons (with full refund).
